Sat 4 June. The final film in the Big Green Film festival was “The Pipe” – a powerful documentary about a fishing and farming community in Ireland fighting to protect their land and sea from Shell, who want to lay a gas pipeline there. The director – Richie O Donnell – gave us a fascinating insight into the background to the film on Saturday night.
