Transition BH Hub doesn’t often meet formally as such so there are no recent reports here – but there is plenty of activity going on in the four local groups in Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Wimborne. This website and the Transition BH discussion group act as a focal point for networking across the conurbation and give us a means of communication between transitioners throughout the area.
